昨日の朝、若いリーダーたちは石巻をめぐり、２人の参加者からこの街の経験について聞きました。

若者たちは1分間静かに佇み、命を失った方々へ黙祷を捧げました。

そして午後は、ワークショップを受講しました。

リーダーシップとは？

どのようにして、災害に関する知識を地元コミュニティをリードするために使うことができるのか？

これらが市居嗣之先生によるワークショップのテーマでした。

[YLP 2016 Update : Day 4]

Yesterday morning, the young leaders toured Ishinomaki, hearing about the experience of this town from two of the program’s participants. The youth stood one minutes in silence for those who lost their lives.

In the afternoon, they received a workshop.

What is leadership ? How can we use disaster-related knowledge to lead our local communities ?

This was some of themes of the workshop, facilitated by Dr. Ichii Tsuguyuki. Thank you Ichii san!
