個人情報保護方針 : Privacy policy
個人情報の取扱について
一般社団法人日本イスラエイド・サポート・プログラム（以下：JISP ） は、宗教や政治、人種にとらわれず人道主義に基づいて活動する人道支援団体です。 JISPは、活動に賛同しご協力くださる多くの支援者の個人に関する情報（以下：個人情報）を扱うため、情報の安全管理を重要な社会的責任であると認識し、個人情報保護を活動の優先事項の一つとして位置付けています。
これを確実に実践していくために以下の個人情報保護方針を定め、役員並びにスタッフ、ボランティアはこの方針に従い、個人情報の適切な取扱、管理に努めます。
Handeling Personal Information
Japan IsraAID Support Program (hereafter: JISP) is a nonprofit humanitarian organization. As such, it provides humanitarian aid regardless of race, creed, or nationality.
JISP recognizes its social responsibility in handling the personal information of the organization’s beneficiaries and supporters in a safe manner, and places priority on safeguarding such information.
In order to guarantee the above-mentioned, JISP members and volunteers act in accordance with the following privacy policy.
個人情報の利用
ご提供いただいた個人情報は、法令等の規定に基づく場合を除いて、活動報告やお礼状等の送付、ワークショップやイベントなどのご予約確認、緊急支援のお願い、何らかの理由で支援者の皆さまと連絡する必要が生じた場合等、活動のために必要な目的において個人情報を利用します。
The Use of Personal Information
JISP uses personal information it receives according to laws and regulations. JISP reserves the right to use personal information only when necessary to facilitate the organization’s activities, such as in the following cases: sending activity reports and expressing gratitude to its supporters, requesting participation in emergency-relief activities, or confirming participation in workshops / events.
個人情報の第三者への提供
ご提供いただいた個人情報は、原則として第三者に提供・開示いたしません。ただし、以下の場合は除きます。
・ご本人の同意がある場合
・寄付金の入金処理、クレジットカード等の決済の上で必要な情報を提示する場合
・上記の利用目的のために外部業者に業務委託する場合（但し、委託業者には個人情報の漏洩等がないよう、適切な監督をおこないます）
・法令等により要求された場合
・司法、行政またはこれに類する機関から法律に定める権限に基づき、開示を求められた場合
Offering Personal Information to a Third Party
JISP does not offer or disclose personal information to third parties, accept in the following cases:
- The person has agreed to such a transfer of personal information.
- When necessary to process a money transfer such as that received from a donation or a credit-card payment to a third party.
- When the discloser of personal information to a third party is necessary for a reason mentioned above, JISP will make sure that the third party is following an adequate privacy policy.
- When the laws and regulations require such a transfer.
- When legally-founded requests are made from the ministry of justice (court orders), administrative organs, or similar agencies.
個人情報の管理と保護
JISPは、ご提供いただいた個人情報の重要性を認識し、個人情報を正確かつ最新な状態に保つとともに、漏洩、滅失、棄損などを防止するため、必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。また、役員並びにスタッフ、ボランティアに対して、個人情報の適切な管理方法を徹底します。
Security and Management of Personal Information
JISP recognizes the importance of the personal information it receives. Keeping up with the latest developments in the field of cyber-security, we take the necessary measures in order to prevent a leak or damage to retained information. JISP employees and volunteers follow an adequate policy of information-management.
個人情報の開示・修正等
ご提供いただきました個人情報について、ご本人より開示、修正、利用停止等のご要望があった場合、可能な限り速やかに対応いたします。JISPからのご案内や情報を希望なさらない場合には、お手数ですが、当団体宛てにご連絡下さいますようお願い申し上げます。
Revision and Disclosure of Personal Information
Upon request from the person involved, JISP will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information. If you have shared your personal information with us in the past and would like to access, correct, update, or delete your personal data, we will do so as soon as possible. If you wish to stop receiving reports from our organization, kindly contact us as stipulated below.
法令の遵守
JISPは、個人情報を取扱うにあたり、関連する各種の法令または規範を遵守し、適宜その運用基準を見直し、改善していくよう努めます。本個人情報取扱いを修正する際には、その内容を当団体のウェブサイトに掲載いたします。
Compliance with the Law
JISP handles personal information in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations and strives to reflect and constantly improve its standards on this matter.
