YLP2016への参加が決まった、アルタプ・ダヌワルをご紹介します。

まだ18歳にもかかわらずアルタプは、村の復興コーディネートを担当するコミュニティの中人人物とみなされています。彼は、村の復興に関わる様々なNGOの代表と定期的に会ったり、NGO活動のためのコーディネートを手伝っています。

アルタプには、３人の兄弟と３人の姉がいます。震災で家が崩壊し、姉たちは瓦礫の下敷きになりましたが、救出されました。しかしながら、彼の両親は亡くなりました。

彼は、武道の黒帯であり、サッカーやバレーボールが得意です。また、優秀なダンサーでもあり、学校のダンス大会で賞を勝ち取ったことがあります。

「私はネパールに住んでいます。ネパールはとても貧しく、地震に弱いです。私は、村の子供達にやる気を与え、村を清潔にし、そして、ネパールをリードするコミュニティにしたいです。」

E-meet Altap Dauwar.

Although he is only 18, Altap has been identified as a focal person by his community in coordinating the reconstruction of his village Bhimtar 7 in Shindhuplachok. He regularly meets representatives of various NGOs involved in the reconstruction of his village, and helps coordinate their activities.

Altap has 3 brothers and 3 elder sisters: his sisters were buried under the rubble of their home but were later rescued. His parents, however, perished in the earthquake.

Altap is a black belt in Marshal art and good at football and volleyball. He is also good dancer and won an award in a dancing competition in school.

“I live in Nepal. Nepal is very poor and vulnerable to earthquakes. I would like to motivate the young kids in my village, clean our village, and make it a leading community in Nepal.”
