JISPは今年の冬も、東北とネパールから合わせて10名の若者を集め、ユースリーダーシップ・プロジェクトを開催します。
「ユースリーダーシッププロジェクト」では、それぞれの国で被災体験をした若者が、文化的交流を交えながら、その体験を共有します。そして、サイコロジカル・ファーストエイド（PFA）や防災、リーダーシップなどについてのスキルも獲得し、被災地視察や復興に関わる地元リーダーとも会合します。
今週から毎週一人ずつ、今年の参加が決まったネパール人学生を紹介していきます。それぞれの学生は、家を失くしたり、家族や友達を亡くすなど、異なる震災体験をしています。facebookを通して、彼らの物語や希望、夢を皆さまにご紹介します。

ユースリーダーシップ・プロジェクト
This winter, too, JISP will bring together 10 youths from Tohoku and Nepal for a youth-leadership project.
The “Young Leadership Project” brings youth who have experienced disasters in different countries to share and reflect on their experience together.
The students gain skills in themes such as Psychological First-Aid, disaster-preparedness, and leadership. They also travel around Tohoku and meet with local leaders involved in the recovery of the region.
In the next weeks, we will introduce the participants here on FB. Each of them might have experienced the disaster differently; while some lost homes, others lost their close relatives or friends. We hope to share some of their stories, hopes, and dreams.
